Crew skill: Decreases damage taken from alien creatures by 35% for that follower.
2You can force a target alien creature up to 10 levels higher than you to flee for a limited time.
Crew skill: Decreases damage taken from alien creatures by 35% for that follower.
Successfully use Pacify on 15 different aliens.
3You can force a target alien creature up to 10 levels higher than you to attack their allies for a limited time.
Crew skill: Decreases damage taken from alien creatures by 35% for that follower.
Successfully use Flee on 15 different aliens.
4You can force a target creature up to 10 levels higher than you to obey commands for a limited time.
Crew skill: Decreases damage taken from alien creatures by 35% for that follower.
Successfully use Frenzy on 15 different aliens.
Crew skills operate differently from the player's skills. Crew skill bonuses don't stack with each other (only the highest rank applies), but they do stack with your skills. For certain skills, rank doesn't matter, and the bonuses remain the same.
